All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates only and may vary. If you are experiencing a late delivery, please reach out to your local carrier for more information. Studio Fuentes is also willing to help find out information in the event of a delayed package.

For personalized products:
There are no returns for personalized items, as they were custom made.

Order Cancellations & Changes: Orders go into production very quickly so there is minimal time to cancel or change. If you reach out quickly to studiofuentesco@gmail.com, we may be able to cancel, change, or update your order but we cannot promise any changes or cancellations once a product is placed. Because of this, please double check your order before placing. If the window has closed to cancel, you may still return your item after you have received it within 30 days of receiving the product.

Refunds: Although your refund should take 3-5 business days, all banks have different processing times. 

After 30 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund Eligibility: Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition that you received it. Please also send the item back in the original packaging.
